True to his name Big and Heavy is a Big horse. Siring excellent offspring that carry a lot of bone and volume. Many of his females have gone to the States to become broodmares. I know that Leo was considered one of the all time mare makers, but Big and Heavy has done a fantastic job in his breeding career of creating mares that cross well with anything and produce outstanding colts.
Gordon sourced this stallion out of the States for $25000, and I believe him when he says that he could never replace him. This stallion has done it all, proving he is not only clever but very versatile.
